Each experience is custom-built using your property materials and development goals — and we only accept a limited number of new projects each month to maintain our high standard of delivery.
What This Fee Covers:
1. Dedicated Time Reservation
We operate on an exclusive project calendar. Once reserved, we block dedicated development time from our 3D model creation team — ensuring your property doesn't wait in line.
2. Initial Asset Review & Digital Briefing
We will assess your architectural plans, floor layouts, reference imagery, and marketing materials. From this, we create a development-ready digital brief for your custom build.
3. Scene Setup in Klick3D
Your project is integrated into our Klick3D Engine framework, which includes:
- Core camera logic & navigation setup
- Optimized lighting and visual environment
- Brand-themed user interface
4. Conversion or Sourcing of 3D Assets
Depending on your materials, we will either:
- Convert supplied 3D models (CAD/BIM formats) into our system
- Or, create foundational geometry to begin visual staging
5. Visual Style Selection
You’ll be able to select from preset visual styles (realistic, semi-realistic, architectural, etc.) to guide the development look-and-feel.
6. Client Preview Environment
You will receive access to a secure browser-based staging link, allowing you to see your 3D environment evolve in real time as we build.
