aiVIP™ | AI Visibility Terms of Service
Please read these terms before purchasing an aiVIP™ product or AI Visibility Sprint™.
By purchasing a paid aiVIP™ product or programme, or otherwise agreeing in writing for CHG to undertake paid AI Visibility work, you agree to the terms applicable to that engagement.
01
Definitions
CHG
“CHG”, “Carl Henry Global”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the Carl Henry Global business providing the relevant aiVIP™ product or service.
Customer
“Customer”, “you” or “your” means the person, business or organisation purchasing or commissioning the relevant product or service.
aiVIP™
“aiVIP™” means the AI Visibility Improvement Program™ and associated products, methodologies and services offered by CHG.
Toolkit
“Toolkit” refers to a defined aiVIP™ product such as AI Visibility FIX™, AI Social Toolkit™, AI Content Toolkit™, AI Authority Toolkit™ or AI Intelligence Toolkit™.
Sprint
“Sprint” refers to a defined 30-Day AI Visibility Sprint™ or 90-Day AI Visibility Sprint™.
Scope
“Scope” means the work, deliverables, limitations and other requirements described for the purchased product, programme, quotation, order or written agreement.
Human Review
“Human Review” means the level of human interpretation, validation, prioritisation or quality control appropriate to the relevant product or agreed scope.
02
FREE AI Visibility Scan™
The FREE Scan is an initial assessment.
The FREE AI Visibility Scan™ is designed to provide an automated assessment of defined website and AI Visibility signals.
It is not intended to be a complete technical audit, legal review, SEO audit, business valuation, security audit or comprehensive assessment of the underlying business.
Automated results require interpretation.
Scanner results are generated using defined automated methods. Individual findings may require further investigation or Human Review before a commercial or technical decision is made.
No purchase is required.
Running the FREE Scan does not require you to purchase a paid Toolkit, Sprint or other CHG service.
You must be authorised to submit the website.
You should only submit a website where you are the owner, operator, authorised representative or otherwise have a legitimate reason to request the assessment.
03
Scope of Paid Work
Each product has a defined scope.
The work included in a paid engagement is limited to the description of the purchased product, programme, quotation or other written agreement.
Starting prices relate to starting scopes.
Where a product is advertised as “from” a particular price, that price applies to the defined entry scope rather than unlimited work of that type.
“Complete” does not mean unlimited.
Where the 90-Day Sprint is described as the complete aiVIP™ programme, “complete” refers to the coordinated methodology included within the agreed programme.
It does not mean unlimited research, content, pages, revisions, third-party costs, development work or other activity.
Additional work requires agreement.
If materially wider requirements are identified during the engagement, CHG may propose additional work.
Material work outside the agreed scope will not automatically be treated as included simply because it relates to AI Visibility.
04
Customer Responsibilities
Successful delivery depends on CHG receiving appropriate information, access and decisions from the customer.
Accurate Information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of business information, claims, credentials, customer information and other source material you provide.
Access
You are responsible for providing agreed website, CMS, analytics or other access reasonably necessary for work included within the scope.
Permissions
You must have the necessary authority and permissions for materials, systems and information you ask CHG to use.
Approvals
Where customer approval is required, you are responsible for reviewing and responding within a reasonable period.
Changes
You should notify CHG of relevant changes to the business, website, people, services or facts that could materially affect work in progress.
Backups
Where website implementation is involved, appropriate backups should be maintained before material changes are made.
05
Use of AI and Automation
CHG may use AI-assisted tools.
You acknowledge that aiVIP™ is an AI-enhanced service and that CHG may use AI, automation, software and other digital tools to assist appropriate parts of research, analysis, classification, organisation, drafting and production.
AI does not replace the agreed service.
The use of AI is part of the delivery methodology rather than a substitute for the product or programme you purchased.
AI output can contain errors.
AI-generated or AI-assisted material can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate if used without suitable context. CHG therefore applies review and quality-control processes appropriate to the agreed work.
Human Review varies with the task.
The nature and depth of Human Review depends on the purchased product, risk, subject matter and agreed scope.
06
Business Claims, Evidence and Source Information
CHG does not intentionally manufacture business authority.
aiVIP™ is designed to help identify, organise and communicate genuine business information, knowledge and evidence.
It is not intended to fabricate credentials, customers, reviews, projects, experience, press coverage, awards or other false evidence.
The customer remains responsible for customer-supplied facts.
Where you provide factual claims or source information about your business, you are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to make and publish those claims.
CHG may question unsupported claims.
CHG may request clarification, evidence or alternative wording where a material claim appears ambiguous, unsupported or inconsistent with available information.
CHG may decline to publish misleading information.
CHG is not required to create or publish information that it reasonably considers false, misleading, unlawful or materially unsupported.
07
Website Implementation
Implementation is included only where stated.
Research, recommendations or Human Review do not automatically include website development or implementation unless the purchased product or agreed scope says that they do.
Website environments differ.
Implementation can be affected by the customer's CMS, hosting, extensions, templates, security controls, third-party software and existing website configuration.
Third-party problems may require separate work.
CHG is not automatically responsible for correcting unrelated hosting, software, security, extension, theme, plugin or third-party technical problems discovered while undertaking AI Visibility work.
Changes should be tested appropriately.
CHG will use reasonable care when undertaking agreed implementation, but websites and third-party software can behave differently across environments.
08
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown on the relevant aiVIP™ pages.
The applicable price is the price shown or otherwise agreed for the relevant product or programme at the time of purchase, subject to any obvious pricing error.
Payment is normally required in advance.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for a paid Toolkit or Sprint is required before the relevant paid work commences.
Additional work is separate.
Work materially outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation, payment or written agreement.
Third-party costs are not automatically included.
Hosting, advertising, paid software, subscriptions, external data, third-party development and other external costs are not included unless expressly stated.
Payment processing may be provided by third parties.
Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers. Their own terms, security processes and payment procedures may also apply to the transaction.
09
AI Visibility Sprint™ Terms
The 30-Day Sprint is a defined programme.
The 30-Day AI Visibility Sprint™ is a focused programme that can draw selectively on relevant aiVIP™ Toolkit capabilities.
It is not five unlimited standalone Toolkit products bundled into one engagement.
The 90-Day Sprint is a defined complete methodology.
The 90-Day AI Visibility Sprint™ coordinates the relevant aiVIP™ methodology across the programme within the agreed scope.
Sprint periods depend on customer cooperation.
The intended programme period assumes that required information, access, approvals and customer decisions are provided within a reasonable time.
Customer-caused delays may affect delivery dates without increasing the included scope.
Activities can overlap.
The stated Sprint phases describe the working methodology. Activities may overlap, move or be sequenced differently where appropriate to the individual programme.
10
90-Day Sprint Reservations
A reservation is a payment toward a future Sprint.
Where CHG offers the reservation option, a customer may reserve a future 90-Day AI Visibility Sprint™ place for €1,000.
The reservation is credited to the full price.
The €1,000 reservation payment is credited against the €4,950 standard 90-Day Sprint price, leaving a balance of €3,950 payable before the programme commences.
Reservations are subject to available capacity.
CHG currently limits new 90-Day Sprint starts to a maximum of five customers per month. A requested start date is therefore subject to available programme capacity.
The balance must be paid before commencement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the outstanding Sprint balance must be received before the reserved programme begins.
A reservation is not a guarantee of an exact date unless confirmed.
Indicative timing or forward availability does not create a guaranteed commencement date unless CHG confirms that date with the customer.
11
Commencement, Timing and Delays
Delivery timing begins when the engagement is ready to start.
A programme cannot necessarily commence simply because payment has been received. Required customer information, access, approvals and available programme capacity may also be needed.
Dates are subject to dependencies.
Where a delivery estimate is provided, it assumes reasonable customer cooperation and the absence of material third-party or technical delays outside CHG's control.
Customer delays can move the timetable.
If required information, access or approvals are delayed, CHG may adjust the programme timetable accordingly.
CHG will communicate material delays.
If CHG becomes aware of a material delay affecting an agreed programme, reasonable efforts will be made to inform the customer and establish an updated timetable.
12
Changes to the Agreed Work
Reasonable refinement is different from new scope.
Minor clarification within an agreed deliverable may form part of normal delivery. A new service, major direction change, additional website, additional brand or materially expanded requirement may constitute additional scope.
Additional scope should be agreed first.
Where additional paid work is required, CHG should identify the proposed additional scope and commercial basis before undertaking that material extra work.
Changing direction can affect timing.
If the customer requests a material change after work has started, delivery dates and costs may need to be revised.
13
Cancellation and Refunds
Contact CHG promptly if you need to cancel.
If you wish to cancel a paid engagement, notify CHG as soon as possible so that the status of the work can be reviewed.
Work already performed may be chargeable.
Where work has commenced at the customer's request, any refund or balance due may take account of work already performed, committed resources and non-recoverable third-party costs, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Unstarted work will be considered separately.
Where paid work has not commenced, CHG will review the circumstances of the cancellation, the applicable purchase terms and any mandatory customer rights.
Mandatory legal rights remain applicable.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any cancellation, refund or other statutory rights that apply and cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14
Search Engines, AI Systems and Third-Party Platforms
CHG does not control independent platforms.
Search engines, AI services, social platforms and other third-party systems operate independently of CHG.
Their systems can change.
Third-party algorithms, crawlers, policies, interfaces, source-selection methods and technical requirements can change without notice to CHG.
Third parties decide how information is used.
Even where a website is accessible and well structured, individual platforms determine whether, when and how they crawl, index, process, cite, summarise, recommend or otherwise use that information.
CHG is not responsible for third-party availability.
CHG is not responsible for outages, platform changes, restrictions, crawling decisions, account actions or other events controlled by independent providers.
15
No Guarantee of Rankings, Citations or Commercial Results
aiVIP™ improves areas of digital information that can reasonably be researched, structured or implemented within the agreed scope. It does not give CHG control over external outcomes.
Search Rankings
No particular search-engine position or ranking is guaranteed.
AI Citations
No inclusion or citation by ChatGPT or another AI system is guaranteed.
AI Recommendations
No recommendation, mention or selection by an independent AI system is guaranteed.
Traffic
No particular increase in website traffic or audience is guaranteed.
Enquiries
No particular number or quality of enquiries is guaranteed.
Revenue & Sales
No level of revenue, profit, sales or other commercial performance is guaranteed.
Business outcomes can be affected by factors including the offer, pricing, market demand, competition, reputation, customer behaviour, sales processes and third-party platforms.
16
Measurement and Reporting
Measurement focuses on observable information.
Where measurement forms part of the scope, CHG may compare defined starting and later conditions, document work completed and review observable changes.
Measurement is not a guarantee of external causation.
A change observed during or after an aiVIP™ programme does not necessarily establish that CHG caused every external result occurring during the same period.
Third-party data can have limitations.
Analytics, search tools and other external data sources may use their own methodologies, sampling and reporting rules. CHG does not control the accuracy or continued availability of third-party data.
17
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your existing materials.
The customer retains ownership of its pre-existing trademarks, business information, website materials and other intellectual property supplied to CHG, subject to any third-party rights.
CHG retains its pre-existing intellectual property.
CHG retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, systems, templates, processes, know-how, branding, software and other intellectual property, including the aiVIP™ methodology and product structure.
Customer-specific deliverables may be used by the customer.
Subject to full payment and any specific agreement applying to the engagement, customer-specific final deliverables created for the customer may be used by that customer for the business purpose for which they were supplied.
CHG frameworks are not transferred by purchasing a service.
Purchasing an aiVIP™ product does not transfer ownership of CHG's underlying methodologies, reusable frameworks, software, systems, templates or general know-how.
Third-party materials remain subject to third-party rights.
Any third-party software, data, imagery, fonts, services, content or other materials remain subject to the rights and licences applicable to those materials.
18
Confidentiality and Information
Business information should be handled appropriately.
CHG will use reasonable care with non-public information provided for the purpose of delivering the agreed work.
Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information.
Customers should avoid supplying confidential, personal, regulated or security-sensitive information that is not reasonably necessary for the agreed AI Visibility work.
Access credentials should be managed carefully.
Where credentials or temporary access are required, the customer should use appropriate access controls and should change or revoke access when it is no longer required.
Privacy terms may also apply.
Where personal information is collected or processed, the applicable CHG privacy information and any mandatory data-protection requirements also apply.
19
Delivery Resources
CHG may use appropriate specialist resources.
CHG may use employees, contractors, specialist suppliers, software or other appropriate resources to assist with defined parts of delivery.
CHG remains responsible for managing its delivery process.
The use of appropriate delivery resources does not change the agreed CHG product or programme purchased by the customer.
Specialist third-party services may have their own terms.
Where the customer directly purchases or contracts with a third-party provider, that separate provider's terms and responsibilities may apply.
20
Responsibility and Liability
CHG will use reasonable care in providing the agreed service.
CHG will use reasonable care and skill in carrying out work within the agreed scope.
Business decisions remain the customer's responsibility.
aiVIP™ research, recommendations and outputs are provided to support business decision-making. The customer remains responsible for deciding whether and how to act on them.
CHG is not responsible for independent third-party decisions.
CHG is not responsible for decisions, actions, omissions, algorithm changes or platform behaviour controlled by third parties.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies to the extent that applicable law does not permit them to be excluded or limited.
21
Specialist and Professional Advice
aiVIP™ is an AI Visibility service.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise with an appropriately qualified provider, aiVIP™ does not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Specialist claims may require specialist review.
Where website content concerns regulated, technical or specialist subject matter, the customer should arrange appropriate professional review where required.
22
Refusal or Suspension of Work
CHG may decline inappropriate work.
CHG may decline or suspend work that appears unlawful, deceptive, abusive, technically unsafe or materially outside the agreed scope.
Non-cooperation may affect delivery.
CHG may pause work where essential information, access, approvals or payment required for delivery have not been provided.
Material misuse may result in termination.
CHG may terminate an engagement where continued delivery would reasonably expose CHG or another party to unlawful, fraudulent or materially harmful activity, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
23
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated.
CHG may update these published terms as products, technology, commercial practices or legal requirements develop.
The relevant purchase terms remain important.
Where terms are changed after a purchase, the terms applicable to an existing paid engagement will be determined by the agreement and applicable law rather than automatically changing solely because this web page was updated.
24
Other CHG Terms and Policies
These AI Visibility Terms are intended to work alongside any other CHG terms, privacy information or policies that apply to your use of the website or purchase.
Where a separate written agreement, quotation or order contains terms specifically agreed for an engagement, those specific terms should be read together with these AI Visibility Terms.
If a conflict exists, the order of precedence should be determined by the specific agreement and applicable law.
25
Questions Before You Purchase?
If anything about the scope, pricing or commercial terms is unclear, ask before purchasing.
Our objective is that customers understand what they are buying, what is included and what cannot reasonably be guaranteed.
The commercial principle
Improve What We Can Control.
Don't Promise What We Cannot.
CHG can research, analyse, structure, implement and review defined aspects of a business's digital information.
We cannot control how an independent AI platform or search engine chooses to crawl, index, interpret, cite, rank or recommend that information.
The aiVIP™ commitment is therefore to apply the agreed methodology and Human Review to the work within our control — without converting uncertain external outcomes into promises.
